After studying business at St. Francis Xavier University, Sean jumped into his career as a Commercial Sales Manager at ImageWear, where he sharpened his skills in sales strategy, customer service, and building strong client relationships—skills that continue to be a core part of how he works today.
But it wasn’t long before real estate came calling. After purchasing his first apartment building, Sean caught the investing bug—and never looked back. Since then, he’s bought over 20 properties, personally and through his companies, giving him a deep understanding of what makes a property a smart move. That real-world experience allows him to spot the wins (and potential pitfalls) in any home—and help his clients do the same.
Sean also spent several years with Atlantic Canada’s largest commercial real estate firm, where he worked alongside industry veterans and gained hands-on experience in everything from lease negotiations and sublet representation to retail, office, industrial, and multi-residential deals. He’s as comfortable diving into complex commercial transactions as he is guiding a first-time buyer.
